You may return most undamaged items purchased at KIMSON Handicraft Co., LTD within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. No returns will be accepted after 4 weeks. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 1 month of receiving the returned item.

• We offers 60-day for polish your grips free (Include Smooth and Texture grips). You need to pay postage fee only.
• All of grips items made of water buffalo /cow horn , bone only. No imitation, no polymer - we refund your order if we don't use real horn/bone.
